The company was founded in April 2001 and reorganized in 2004. Since then the company has extended the range of services so as to provide its customers with the best solutions in the industry.

The agency director, Mr. Salaru Iurie is a university lecturer and teaches Direct Marketing, PR Techniques and Advertising Techniquesat the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences of the State University of Moldova.
